病房环境规范化管理的方法与效果

目的探讨病房环境管理的有效方法,为医疗活动构建安全、高效、整洁、舒适的环境。方法以5S管理法,即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养为指导,对我科病房环境实施规范化管理,对物品以不同种类、用途、使用频率等进行分类管理,并形成制度,将培养护理人员的职业素养作为该项制度的保障。结果提高了病人的满意度和护理人员的工作效率。结论5S管理法在病房环境管理中的应用能有效地提高病房环境管理质量和工作效率。

The practice and effect of standardized environmental management of ward

Objective To explore the effective method of environmental management of ward,in order to provide safe,high - efficient,neat and comfort medical environment.Methods We put the 5S management procedure seiri,seition,seiso,seiketsu,shitsuke into the practice of standardized environmen- tal management in the ward to classify the materials according to the categories,functions,frequency of usage and formulate routine regulations.Meanwhile, we trained nurses' professional diathesis to ensure the regulations to be carried out effectively.Results This practice increased patients' satisfaction and nurses' working efficiency.Conclusions The application of 5S management procedure in the environmental management of ward can effectively improve the quality of environment management and working efficiency.
