高频电波刀在宫颈疾病中的临床应用

目的探讨高频电波刀（LEEP）治疗宫颈疾病的临床应用。方法对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的门诊患者164例,采用LEEP手术治疗,切除病变组织或行宫颈锥切,手术切除病变组织标本均送病理学检查;同时观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。结果 LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为98.17%（161/164）,平均时间5.8min,出血量6.8ml,手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。结论 LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单、安全,手术时间短、出血少、治疗效果佳,且可提供完整的病理标本,对早期诊断宫颈原位癌或微小浸润癌具有较高的临床价值。

Clinical Application of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure in Management of Cervical Diseases

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP）in the management of cervical diseases.Methods One hundred and sixty four patients with different cervical diseases diagnosed by optical observation,cytology,colposcopy and cervical biopsy were treated with LEEP,all the surgical removal tissues underwent pathological examination.The operative time,bleeding volume and cure rate were observed.Results The cure rate of LEEP was 98.17%.The mean operative time was 5.8 minutes.The mean bleeding volume was 6.8 ml.All these surgical specimens were confirmed for pathology diagnoses.Conclusion LEEP is simple,safe and effective for the cervical diseases with a short operative time and less bleeding volume.LEEP could provide intact pathological samples which is especially useful for the early diagnosis of the micro-invasive carcinoma of cancer.
