发育性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症的外科治疗

目的：评估椎板切除椎间融合RF内固定术治疗发育性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症。方法：对23例患者行全椎板切除后髓核摘除、椎间自体髂骨植骨RF系统内固定术。术后随访2．4年，观察患者腰腿痛改善和腰椎融合情况。结果：本组术后1年腰腿痛较术前平均改善89％，术后4年腰腿痛较术前平均改善86％，疗效下降不显著，椎间融合率91％。结论：椎板切除椎间融合RF固定治疗发育性腰椎管狭窄合并椎间盘突出症，术后早，中期临床与影像学评估满意。

Surgical treatment of developmental lumbar spinal stenosisassociated with disc herniation

Objective:To investigate the outcomes of laminectomy and instrumented interbody fusion for developmental lumbar sipinal stenosis associated with disc herniation clinically and radiologicaly.Methods:laminectomy and interbody fusion with RF fixation were performed in 23 patients suffered from developmental lumbar spinal stenosis associated with disc herniation.The surgical outcomes were followed up for 2 to 4 years by oswestry questionnaire and radiological findings.Results:The back and leg pain improvement was 89%one year after surgery,and 86%four years after surgery.Th mid-terme clinical effect was not deteriorated statistically.A solid arthrodesis rate was achieved in 91%patients one year after surgery.Conclusion:The short-term and mid-term outcomes of laminectomy and interbody fusion with RF fication for patients suffered from developmental lumbar spinal stenosis associated with disc herniation is satisfactory equally.
