| 摘 要： | 目的：对60例玻璃体切割观察显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝在玻璃体切割术的应用。方法：60眼均行玻璃体切割，并在手术显微镜直视下冷凝所有的赤道部和赤道前的裂孔。结果：术后随访3－12个月，裂孔封闭率达95.3％，56眼（93.3％）视网膜复位良好。结论：应用手术显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝简单而疗效可靠，有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | To observe scleral cryotherapy under operation microscope in vitreoretinal surgery.Methods:We performed vitrectomy on 60 eyes,and cryotherapy on all of the hloes or tears in periphery retinal were done under operation microscope.Results:At the end of the followed-up,The holes or tears were closed in 95.3%,the retinal reattachment rate was 93.3%.Conclusions:The use of cryotherapy under microscope is easy and effective and has important value for clinical application. |
