Fibulin-5表达与胃癌血管生成的关系研究

目的 探讨胃癌组织中Fibulin-5的表达与血管生成的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测32例胃癌组织、癌旁组织及其正常胃组织中CD34和Fibulin-5的表达,结合图像分析法进行半定量研究,并对CD34单克隆抗体标记的血管内皮细胞作微血管密度计数.结果 胃癌组织中Fibulin-5的表达和微血管密度值皆显著高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P＜0.05),且两者都与癌组织的分化程度有关,并在低分化癌组织中显著升高(P＜0.05).结论 Fibulin-5在胃癌组织中高水平表达,可能通过作用于血管生成而参与胃癌组织的恶性转化和增殖过程.

Relationship between the expression of Fibulin-5 and angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Fibulin-5 and angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of Fibulin-5 and CD34 were detected in human gastric cancerous tissues,precancerous tissues and normal gastric tissues(n=32)by immunohistochemical S-P method and semi-quantitated in combination with image analysis.Microvessel density was calculated on the vascular endothelial cells labeled with anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody.Results The expression of Fibulin-5 and microvessel density in human gastric cancerous tissues were significantly higher than in precancerous tissues and normal gastric tissues(P<0.05),and both of them were related to the differentiation degree of gastric cancerous tissues.Conclusion The expression of Fibulin-5 was up-regulated in gastric carcinoma,which may be involved in the gastric cancerous cells proliferation and malignant transformation by concerning with angiogenesis.
