| 摘 要： | 目的探讨碘酚注射与手术切除治疗口腔黏液囊肿的疗效。方法口腔黏液囊肿患者80例,随机分为两组,碘酚组和手术组各40例。治疗后3个月随访,比较两组疗效。结果碘酚组有效率为82.5%(33/40),手术组有效率为87.5%(35/40),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.531)。结论碘酚注射和手术摘除治疗口腔黏液囊肿的短期疗效无明显差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of iodophenol injection and surgical resection in oral cavity mucous cyst treatment.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in the iodophenol injections group,and 40 cases in the surgical resection group.The follow up time was 3 months after the treatment,and effectiveness was compared.Results After the treatment,the efficiency rate of iodophenol injection group was 82.5%,and that of surgical treatment group was 87.5%.There was no difference between two groups（P=0.531）.Conclusion The short-term curative effect has no obvious difference between the application of iodophenol injection and the surgical resection in oral cavity mucous cyst treatment. |
