鸡血藤醇提物对高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:【目的】观察鸡血藤醇提物对高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响。【方法】将36只SPF级SD雄性大鼠,随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,辛伐他汀组(剂量为8 mg·kg-1·d-1),鸡血藤低、中、高剂量组(剂量分别为2、4、8 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)),每组6只,采用喂饲高脂饲料复制高血脂症大鼠模型,预防性给药12周后采血取肝脏,测定各组大鼠血脂水平、肝脏酶活力及肝组织病理变化。【结果】与模型组比较,鸡血藤醇提物可显著降低大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平和肝脏TG含量,显著提高大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力(P0.05或P0.01)。鸡血藤醇提物中、高剂量组大鼠的肝细胞脂肪变性程度均较模型组有明显改善。【结论】鸡血藤醇提物有较好的降低血脂和抗氧化保肝作用。

Effect of Ethanol Extracts from Caulis Spatholobi on Blood Lipid and Their Antioxidation in Hyperlipemia Rats
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ethanol extracts from Caulis Spatholobi (EECS) on blood lipid metabolism and their antioxidation in hyperlipemia rats.Methods Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Simvastatin group (in the dose of 8 mg· kg-1· d-1),and low-,middle-and high-dose EECS groups (in the dose of 2,4,8 g·kg-1·d-1,respectively),6 rats in each group.The hyperlipermia rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet.After pretreatment for 12 continuous weeks,the rats were executed for the sampling of blood and livers,and then the blood lipid levels,enzyme activities and pathological changes in liver tissues were examined.Results Compared with the model group,serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels as well as hepatic TG content were decreased,and serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the liver tissues were increased in low-,middle-and high-dose EECS groups (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The hepatic fatty degeneration in middle-and high-dose EECS groups was relieved significantly compared with that in the model group.Conclusion EECS exert certain effect on lowering blood lipid,counteracting oxidation and protecting liver of hyperlipemia rats.
