| 摘 要： | 纤溶酶系统是人体内重要的酶系,功能在于溶解血栓和重塑细胞外基质.它与糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜缺血损伤的发生发展密切相关,并在视网膜血管阻塞、黄斑下出血、玻璃体出血和纤维形成的治疗中及诱导玻璃体后脱离中起重要作用.本文综述了纤溶酶系统的组成、结构和功能,及其在玻璃体视网膜疾病中实验研究和临床应用的进展.

| Abstract: | Plasmin system is a vital enzyme family that function is on thrombulysis and remodeling the extracullur matrix(ECM) .It closely relates to development of diabetic vitreoretinopathy and ischemia-induced retinal damage;It plays an important role in treatment of retinal vascular occlusion,submacular hemorrhage,vitreous hemorrhage and fibrin formation,especially in inducing posterior vitreous detachment.In this paper,the composing,structure and function of plasmin system and the current advance on plasmin system in vitreoretinal diseases in experimental and clinical study were reviewed. |
