会阴切口皮内缝合与常规缝合的效果对比

目的]探讨会阴切口皮内缝合的疗效.方法]将162例住院分娩产妇分为两组,研究组82例采用会阴切口皮内缝合;对照组80例采用常规缝合会阴,观察两组产妇产后起床时间及住院时间、切口疼痛程度及有否使用止痛药、产后尿潴留发生率、切口甲级愈合率等指标评价两种缝合法效果.结果]研究组产后起床时间及住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P＜0.05),研究组切口疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻(P＜0.05),两组切口甲级愈合率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论]皮内缝合法明显加快了产妇产后起床时间,减轻了切口疼痛,避免使用止痛药及缩短了住院时间.

Comparison on effect between intradermic suture and routine suture for patients with perineum wound
