氧烛对高原夜间睡眠呼吸暂停及SaO_2的影响

摘    要:目的研究在高原利用氧烛建立富氧室对夜间睡眠呼吸暂停及血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响。方法8名受试者在海拔3 700 m和5 200 m夜间睡眠,监测常氧和富氧(氧浓度为24%~25%)条件下的呼吸、脉率、SaO2和呼吸暂停次数及暂停时间。结果在海拔3 700 m和5 200 m富氧较常氧下睡眠SaO2增高,脉率降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.001),呼吸频率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3 700 m和5 200 m常氧下睡眠各有6人出现呼吸暂停,暂停次数依次为3、6、2、10、3、17和2、5、3、7、44、6(次/30 min);呼吸暂停时间,最短分别为6和9 s,最长为15和14.8 s,而富氧条件下未出现呼吸暂停现象。结论高原富氧下睡眠可显著改善周期性呼吸及呼吸暂停,使SaO2显著增高。氧烛在高原供氧有着广泛的社会效益和军事用途。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of oxygen-enriched room based oxygen candle on apnea and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) of the migrants at high altitude.Methods Eight volunteers slept respectively at the altitudes of 3 700-and 5 200-meter under the conditions of normoxia or oxygen-enriched room(oxygen concentration was 24% to 25%).Breath,pulse rate,SaO2 and apnea frequency and time were monitored.Results Compared with that in normoxia,the SaO2 increased and pulse rate reduced in the oxygen-enriched room at 3 700-and 5 200-meter(P<0.05,orP<0.001).Six volunteers suffered from apnea in normoxia,whose frequencies were 3,6,2,10,3 and 17(times per half hour) at 3 700-meter and 2,5,3,7,44 and 6(times per half hour) at 5 200-meter,respectively with the shortest apnea time of 6 vs 9 and the longest time of 15 and 14.8 seconds.There was no apnea in oxygen-enriched room.Conclusion Oxygen-enriched room at high altitude improves periodic breath,decreases apnea and increase SaO2.Oxygen candle ventilation has extensive social efficacy and military purpose.
