非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术70例临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术的可行性与安全性。方法:对70例阴式全子宫切除术(VTH)患者与70例腹式子宫切除术(ATH)患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院天数、住院费用、术中术后并发症及术后3个月复诊情况进行比较。结果:两组患者手术时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),VTH组术中出血量较ATH组明显减少(P〈0.05),术后3d内平均体温明显低于ATH组(P〈0.05),术后平均肛门排气时间及住院天数,下床活动时间较ATH组明显缩短(P〈0.05)。结论:经阴道子宫全切除术具有创伤小。不需昂贵复杂的医疗设备、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短及腹壁无切口、瘢痕等优点,具有广阔的临术应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of the non-prolapsed uterus vaginal hysterectomy. Methods: Compared 70 cases of vaginal surgery with 70 cases of abdominal hysterectomy about the operation time, bleeding volume, anal exhaust time after, post-operative length of hospital stay, hospital cost, intra-operative and post-operative complica-tions after 3 months follow-up visits. Results: The two groups of patients with no significant difference in operative time (P>0.05), the bleeding volume of VTH group was lower significantly than the ATH group (P<0.05), after 3 days the average temperature of VIH group was significantly lower than the ATH group (P<0.05), after an average of exhaust time and length of hospital stay, time to get out of bed to action was significantly shorter than the ATH group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Vagi-nal hysterectomy with less trauma and complex without expensive medical equipment, less post-operative pain, shorter hos-pitalization time and no abdominal incision, scar, etc.Clinical surgery has broad application prospects.
