| 摘 要： | 目的从消银汤对血热型银屑病患者疗效及血清中T-bet/GATA3平衡影响,探讨消银汤治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法观察30例寻常性银屑病患者治疗前后银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、中医辨证评分的变化及外周血中T-bet、GATA3及T-bet/GATA3水平变化,并对其与皮损严重度作相关分析。结果银屑病患者外周血T-bet及T-bet/GATA3分别为0.14±0.07、5.55±0.97,明显高于健康对照者(P0.05);银屑病患者外周血GATA3为0.15±0.06,明显低于健康对照者(P0.05)。经药物治疗后T-bet、T-bet/GATA3较治疗前明显下降(P0.05),而GATA3水平治疗后与治疗前改变不明显。T-bet/GATA3与银屑病皮损严重程度呈正相关。结论消银汤对血热型银屑病患者疗效满意,可显著降低患者血清T-bet、T-bet/GATA3水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoyin Tang in treating psoriasis of blood-heat type and its impact on T-bet/GATA3.Methods The difference in PASI indexes,scores of syndrome differentiation,the T-bet/GATA3 ratio in serum in 30 patients with psoriasis of the blood-heat type was observed before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference in the T-bet/GATA3 ratio,in serum before and after treatment(P<0.05).PASI indexes and the T-bet/GATA3 ratio in patients with psoriasis were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyin Tang is effective in treating psoriasis of blood-heat type,partly by decreasing the level of T-bet in serum and regulating the ratio of T-bet/GATA3. |
