摘    要:目的评价成型车间使用气动刷胶机后的实施效果,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法采样劳动卫生学调查方法,分析和比较使用气动刷胶机前后成型车间作业环境中苯和甲苯浓度的变化和工人职业健康监护结果。结果使用气动刷胶机前后,成型车间作业场所苯、甲苯浓度和刷胶岗位苯、甲苯浓度合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);成型车间工人健康检查的合格率与使用气动刷胶机后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论使用气动刷胶机后可降低作业工人在苯及其同系物作业环境中的暴露,有利于保护作业工人的健康。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of pneumatic gluing machine equipped in modeling workshop of a shoe-making enterprise,and provide scientific basis for the prevention of occupational diseases.Methods Labor hygienic investigational method was adopted to analyze and compare the concentration of benzene and methylbenzene as well as occupational physical examination results of workers before and after implementation of pneumatic gluing machine.Results The concentration of benzene and methylbenzene in modeling workshop after the machine implementation were significantly lower than those before(P <0.01);the qualified rate of physical examination of workers were significantly higher than that before(P <0.01).Conclusion The pneumatic gluing machine equipped in shoe-making industry can significantly reduce health damage among workers exposing to benzene and homologues.
