参苓白术散加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征52例

目的:观察参苓白术散加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将104例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组运用黄连素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参苓白术散加味治疗,疗程为4周,治疗前后各行主要症状评分。结果:两组治疗后临床症状均得到改善,治疗组总有效率达96.2%,对照组总有效率为76.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:参苓白术散加味能明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床症状。

Treating 52 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with Shenling Baizhu powder

Objective: To observe the Shenling Baizhu powder in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and its clinical effects.Methods: 104 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients randomly divided into treatment and control groups in 52 patients each.Controlled use of Berberine in treatment,treatment in the control groups on the basis of shenling baizhu powder treating added,course of treatment for 4 weeks,before and after the treatment the main symptom score lines.Results: Two sets of symptoms after treatment have been improved,total effective rate 96.2% treatment group,control group total effective rate of 76.9%,two sets of comparison difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: With modified Shenling Baizhu San can significantly improve clinical symptoms of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
