| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气破血行气通络中药治疗乙型肝炎代偿期肝硬化患者,对其肝纤维化程度的影响.方法:60例乙型肝炎代偿期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组(中药+恩替卡韦)和对照组(恩替卡韦),临床观察24周,以无创肝纤维化Fibroscan的肝脏硬度值及肝纤维化4项指标评价疗效.结果:治疗组患者24周后肝脏硬度值及肝纤维化4项指标下降均明显高于对照组,P＜0.05.结论:益气破血行气通络中药治疗乙型肝炎代偿期肝硬化疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effects of traditional Chinese medicine,which was based on the Qi-invigorating and blood-breaking theory,on hepatic fibrosis in patients with compensated cirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the TCM group and the control group.After 24 weeks treatment,efficacies were evaluated by fibroscan and 4 indexes of hepatic fibrosis.Results:Stiffness of fibroscan and hepatic fibrosis indexes were better in the TCM group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Qi-invigorating and blood-breaking medicine can effectively decrease the indexes of hepatic fibrosis and stiffness of fibroscan in patients with compensated cirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B.. |
