| 摘 要： | 本文应用肠道传播的非甲非乙型肝炎病人的急性期血清,提取抗-EHNANBV IgM,用恢复期血清提取抗-EHNANBV IgG,然后与酶交联制成酶标记抗体,用ELISA双抗体夹心法和双抗体夹心抑制法检测EHNANB病人的早期粪便和急性期血清,结果表明敏感性高、特异性强、适用于检测肠道传播的非甲非乙型急性粪便抗原和血清抗体,为简便而特异的血清学诊断方法。

| Abstract: | An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has been established by using IgM antibodies from the acute stage to capure the antigen in stools of enterically transmitted non-A non-B hepatitis (EHNANB). The test results express that the stools and the serum of EHNANB at acute early phase were detected by ELISA and its blockig assay showen eisner its sensitivity or its speciality are satisfactory. Therefore this ELISA may Le useful for special aetiological diagnosis of EHNANB. |
