南宁市某中学与某幼儿园细菌性痢疾暴发的流行特征及原因

目的:调查细菌性痢疾暴发疫情的流行特征及原因。方法:对发热、腹泻病人进行了个案调查、采样和疫点环境卫生学调查,将现场调查资料和实验室结果进行统计和分析。结果:共发病199例,以学生病例为主,总发病率为24.94%。男生罹患率(31.81%)明显高于女生(20.33%)(P<0.01>)。表现为水型传播的流行特征,但中学与幼儿园不同。结论:加强学校水源管理,改善学生卫生习惯是防止细菌性痢疾的关键措施,同时对诊断标准的运用进行了讨论。

The Epidemiological Feature and Potential Rrsk of an Outbreak Canused by Bacillary Dysentery in A Middle School and A Kindergarten of Nanning

Objective :To study the prevalence of an outbreak caused by Bacillary dysentery,and analyze the epidemiological feature and potential risk tactors.Methods: Epidemiological survey and sample collection were performed among the patients with fever and diarrhea.Environmental investigation was conducted at the site of outbreak.Data collected from the filed site and laboratory has been analyzed.Results: A total of 199 cases of bacillary dysentery have been found in this outbreak,with an attack rate of 24.94%.The attack rate was significantly higher in male(31.81%),compared to female(20.33%)(P<0.01).The transmission was to occur via Contaminated water,but The type in middle school was different from that in kindergarten.Conclusion: The most important interventions to prevent outbreak of Bacillary dysentery include strengthening management sources of water supple,improving personal hygiene of students.The diagnostic standard was discussed.
