血清sIL-2RI、L-8、CA19-9、NSE在三种不同胸腔积液患者中的变化

摘    要:目的观察血清sIL-2R、IL-8、CA19-9和NSE在不同性质胸腔积液中的含量及其对积液性质鉴别诊断的价值。方法测定并比较102例肺炎性、结核性及癌性三种不同病因胸腔积液患者血清sIL-2R、IL-8、CA19-9和NSE水平。结果结核性胸腔积液组患者血清中sIL-2R含量显著高于肺炎性及癌性胸腔积液组(P<0.01);肺炎性胸腔积液组患者血清中IL-8含量显著高于结核性及癌性胸腔积液组(P<0.01);癌性胸腔积液组患者血清中CA19-9和NSE含量显著高于结核性及肺炎性胸腔积液组(P<0.01)。结论血清sIL-2RI、L-8、CA19-9、NSE联检可能对恶性、良性以及各种良性胸腔积液之间的鉴别都有较高的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of measurement of serum sIL-2R,IL-8,CA19-9 and NSE for diagnosis in patients with pleural effusion. Methods Serum sIL-2R,IL-8,CA19-9 and NSE were measured in 102 patients with pleural effusion base on pneumonia or tuberculosis or carcinoma. Results The serum level of sIL-2R in patients with tuberculosis pleural effusion was significantly higher than those with pneumonic pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion. The serum level of IL-8 in patients with pneumonic pleural effusion was significantly higher than those with malignant effusion and tuberculosis pleural effusion. The serum level of CA19-9 and NSE in patients with malignant effusion was significantly higher than those with pneumonic pleural effusion and tuberculosis pleural effusion. Conclusion Measurement of serum sIL-2R,IL-8,CA1g-9 and NSE provide useful information for diagnosis in patients with pleural effusion.
