粘附分子CD44 V6在胃癌组织中表达的研究

目的 :探讨CD44V6的表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系及其意义。方法 :通过免疫组化方法 ,用CD44V6的单克隆抗体 ,以S P染色法检测CD44V6在 5 2例胃癌、5 2例癌旁组织及 10例正常胃黏膜中的表达情况。结果 :CD44V6在胃癌组织中的表达为 5 9.6 % (31/ 5 2 ) ,癌旁组织中的表达为 2 8.8% (15 / 5 2 ) ,正常胃黏膜中的表达为10 % (1/ 10 )。组间 χ2 检验胃癌与正常胃黏膜、胃癌与癌旁组织CD44V6表达差异均显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD44V6在胃癌组织中的异常表达与其浸润转移密切相关 ,CD44V6的高表达可能会有助于胃癌的临床诊断 ,筛选具有转移潜能的肿瘤 ,成为预测肿瘤转移潜能的新指标

Study on Expression of Adhesive Molecule CD44 V6 in Gastric Cancer Tissues

Objective: To study the expression of CD 44V 6 in gastric cancer and the relationship between CD 44V 6 and gastric cancer infiltration and metastasis as well as explore its significance. Method: The expression of CD 44V 6 was detected in 52 gastric cancer tissues, 52 surrounding gastric cancer tissues and 10 normal gastric membranes by immumohistochemistry. Results: The positive CD 44V 6 expression rate in gastric cancer tissues was 59.6% (31/52), in surrounding gastric cancer tissues was 28.8% (15/52), and the contrast group was 10% (1/10).Statistical analysis proved that there are significant differences in CD 44V 6 expression between gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric membranes and surrounding gastric cancer tissues (P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CD 44V 6 is associated with the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer, while the high expression of CD 44V 6 may help the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer, help to screen the cancer with metastasis potential, and become a new index to predict the metastasis potential of cancer.
