小骨窗脑血肿清除术用于高血压脑出血治疗的疗效观察

目的 探讨小骨窗脑血肿清除术用于高血压脑出血治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2007年2月~2013年1月在我院进行治疗的高血压脑出血患者174例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用小骨窗开颅脑血肿清除术进行治疗,对照组采用常规骨瓣开颅脑血肿清除术进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 观察组手术时间、切口脑脊液漏发生率、住院时间和住院费用显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组有效率为91.95%,无效率为8.05%,并发症发生率为14.94%;对照组有效率为62.07%,无效率为37.93%,并发症发生率为37.93%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 小骨窗脑血肿清除术用于高血压脑出血的治疗,安全有效,治疗效果优越,值得临床运用.

Small window of cerebral hematoma for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the small window of cerebral hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods From 2007 February to 2013 January, 174 cases were in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with small bone win- dow craniotomy for intracerebral hematoma, the control group with routine craniotomy hematoma removal treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time, incision cerebrospinal fluid leakage rate, hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Observation group was 91.95%, no efficiency was 8.05%, the incidence of complications was 14.94% ; the control group was 62.07%, no efficiency was 37.93%, the incidence of complications was 37.93%, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Microsurgery of brain hematoma for treatment of hy- pertensive cerebral hemorrhage, safe and effective, superior curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
