| 摘 要： | 蚓激酶(EK)经尾静脉给Wistar大鼠注射500u/kg EK后60～80分钟,ma值有明显降低。注射5000u/kg EK60-80分钟后,用血栓弹力图等仪器测得的主要药效与同等剂量的尿激酶具有相同的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper reported pharmacodynamic study of the earthworm kinase (EK) on Wistarrats. 60-min after intravenous injection - of EK 500 u/kg, ma value was remarkably reducedand with 5000 u/kg to rats, it showed that a thrombolytic effect in Thromboelstography wasthe same as that with the amount of urokinase. |
