急性缺血性中风病辨证分型与影像诊断关系的回顾性研究

目的　探讨急性缺血性中风病辨证分型与影像诊断的关系。方法　通过对 6 75例急性缺血性中风患者的回顾性研究 ,分析其辨证分型同颅脑CT/MR影像的相关性。结果　中经络各证型可表现为大面积、局灶性、腔隙性梗死病灶 ,中脏腑则以大面积梗死为绝大多数 ;各个部位的梗死都以风痰瘀血、闭阻脉络证为主 ;各种证型与大面积、局灶性、腔隙性梗死的相关系数有明显的区别。结论　急性缺血性中风病的辨证分型与影像学表现具有相关性 ,对于急性缺血性中风患者参考CT/MR结果有利于临床的辨证与指导治疗。

Retrospective study on relationship between differential diagnosis and image diagnosis in acute ischemia apoplexy

Objective It is to study the relationship between differential diagnosis and image diagnosis in acute ischemia apoplexy.Methods The relationship between differential diagnosis and head CT/MR image was analysed through retrospective study on 675 patients with acute ischemia apoplexy.Results The patterns of analysed involving the channels and collaterals expressed as great or small size or lacuna infarction, but that of analysed involving the Zang and Fu organs expressed as great size infarction. The correlative coefficient between all the patterns and great or small size or lacuna infarction had obvious difference.Conclusion There is some relationship and pertinence between differential diagnosis of acute ischemia apoplexy and the image behavior.The results of CT/MR is helpful to diagnose and treat acute ischemia apoplexy.
