综合医院手术科室病房管理模式的探讨

现阶段，综合医院手术科室病房的管理基本上有两种主要模式，即医疗模式和主任模式。在医疗质量管理中，这两种模式各存在一些弊端：医疗组模式造成的科室内部的分割自治，在对疑难、危重病人的抢救治疗方面暴露出不足；主任模式在科室后备人才的培养方面存在缺陷，影响科室的长远发展。为克服这些弊端，建议在手术科室病房管理方面，应坚持个性化的管理原则，坚持以质量和学术为重心，重建大查房制度，充分发挥副主任医师的作用，建立手术分级管理制度。

There are two management modes in surgical wards attending system and director system. Some shortages exist in each of the mode, such as the division phenomenon which lacks of cooperation in the face of the difficulties and the shortage in the training of the younger. In order to ensure the medical quality, it is suggested that in the management of surgical wards the principle of individuation should be insisted on. Some common principle should be insisted on too, such as the concentrating in medical quality and the learning environement, rebuilding the overall consulting, the action of the assistant professor, building the elassiffication management of the operations.
