| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定玻璃酸钠含量的新方法。方法采用光度滴定法。结果在2.034~12.204 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.30%(n=5)。结论所建方法适用于玻璃酸钠的含量测定,与葡糖醛酸比色法相比简便,准确。

| Abstract: | Purpose To establish a new method for determining sodium hyaluronate.Methods The photometric titration was adopted.Results The linear range for sodium hyaluronate was 2.034-12.204 mg/mL,r=0.999 9,and the average recovery was 99.9%,with RSD of 0.30%(n=5).Conclusion This method is suitable for determination of sodium hyaluronate and it is very convenient and accurate. |
