摘 要: | 目的 探讨外源性硫化氢(H2S)对舱室内肢体爆炸伤大鼠血浆炎症因子的影响.方法 采用80 mg DDNP 纸制点爆源紧贴大鼠左后肢胫腓骨中下段内侧皮肤固定后爆炸致伤的方法.成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C组,n=8)、单纯致伤组(E组,n=16)和致伤+NaHS处理组(S组:5 mg/kg NaHS,ip;n=16).收集大鼠动脉血标本.测定血浆TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10浓度和H2S浓度.结果 爆炸致伤后,大鼠血浆H2S浓度显著下降(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10浓度显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);早期给予NaHS后伤鼠血浆H2S浓度显著升高(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10浓度则显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 舱室内肢体爆炸致伤可引起大鼠血浆炎症因子升高;而早期给予适量H2S则可显著降低血浆前炎症因子水平,减轻机体全身炎症反应.

Effects of exogenous H2S on inflammatory cytokines in plasma after explosion injury in enclosed space in rats |

Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide (H_2S) on inflamma-tory cytokine in plasma after limbs explosion injury in closed space in rats. Methods Limbs explosion injury was adopted. Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats (200 ~220 g) were randomly divided into sim-ple explosion injury group (E,n=16) ,explosion injury+ NaHS group (S:5 mg/kg NaHS, ip, n=16) and control group (C, n=8). Collected blood samples and detected TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and H_2S concentrations in plasma. Results 3 h and/or 6 h after explosion, H_2 S concentrations in plasma de-creased markedly ( P < 0. 05, vs. C) , but TNF-α, IL -6, IL-10 concentrations in plasma increased markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01, vs. C) ;after injected NaHS morning in group S, H_2S concentrations in plasma increased significantly compared with group C (P < 0. 05) , TNF -α, IL-6, IL-10 and H_2S concentrations decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01, vs. E). Conclusion Limb's explosion injury in closed space could decrease H_2S concentration in plasma, and improve the levels of inflammato-ry cytokines; but, exogenous H_2S morning could decrease the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines and relieve systemic inflammatory reaction. |
