| 摘 要： | 综述胃癌淋巴结转移的基本规律和3种不同的淋巴结分期方法,回顾胃癌手术的历史变化,尤其是对淋巴结清扫范围的不同观点,探讨处于不同分期的胃癌患者其淋巴结清扫的合理范围,力求使淋巴结的清扫范围恰如其分,争取达到个体化治疗.

Significance of lymphadenectomy during a surgical operation for gastric cancer |

| Abstract: | Lymph node metastasis is the major metastatic way of gastric cancer.This paper concludes the basic principle of the way of lymph node metastasis and three different kinds of lymph node staging.And traces back the change of the gastric operation history,especially the different opinions in the scope of the lymphadenectomy.The most rational scope of the lymphadenectomy for different patients and individual treatment are discussed to make sure the patients can have the most effectively treatment. |
