| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法对于2000年至2009年间的29例原发性腹膜后肿瘤病例结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者术前经超声、CT、MRI等检查证实为腹膜后肿瘤,29例患者中,恶性肿瘤19例,良性肿瘤10例,共随访18例,恶性肿瘤术后存活1年者6例,超过5年以上者0例;10例良性肿瘤患者存活至今。结论提高对原发性腹膜后肿瘤的认识,合理运用辅助检查手段及全肿瘤切除术是腹膜后肿瘤确诊及有效治疗的关键。
