| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜下治疗重复肾输尿管畸形的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析18例重复肾输尿管患者经后腹腔镜切除术后的的临床资料,统计手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术中和术后并发症及随访情况。结果 18例手术均获成功,其中1例中转开放。17例手术时间85～190min,平均116min。术中出血量35～195ml,平均65ml。术后住院6～18d,平均7d。术中、术后未见明显并发症,术后随访肾功能和超声未见明显异常。结论后腹腔镜下治疗重复肾输尿管畸形安全易行,疗效良好。
