| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆道T管引流术早期拔管的可行性和腹腔粘连的预防.方法 自2003年2月至2010年6月,对67例胆道手术患者采取经肝圆韧带内走行T管引流,避免了T管周围组织粘连形成窦道的过程,消除人为的腹腔粘连,并改变常规拔管时间,施行早期拔管.结果 67例患者中术后8 d拔管22例,11 d拔管16例,无胆瘘发生,早期拔管...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of pristine extubation by biliary T-tube drainage and the prevention of abdominal cavity conglutination.Methods From February 2003 to June 2010,67 patients underwent operation on biliary tract T-tube draining trans-ligament teres hepatis,avoiding the process of the tissue around the T-tube conglutination to form the sinus tract and eliminate anthropogenic abdominal cavity conglutination,and also change the conventional extubation time to perform pristine extubation.R... |
