含化学成分的中成药与西药配伍应用引起不良反应情况分析

[目的]了解含化学成分的中成药与西药的配伍使用情况。[方法]对常用含化学成分的中成药与西药配伍情况列表进行分析。[结果]医院、社区服务中心、零售药店以及患者对中成药里所含化学成分的知识知道的甚少,含化学成分的中成药与西药配伍应用的情况非常普遍,其原因多种多样。[结论]临床医师、药剂人员、零售药店的营业员以及患者都必须了解中成药里所含的化学成分,避免与同样成份的西药重叠使用而引起不良反应,以便使人们用药更安全、更有效。

Adverse Reactions Caused by Using Chinese Patent Medicines Containing Western Medicines Ingredient Compatibly With Western Medicines

[Objective]To realize the compatibility use of Chinese patent medicines containing western medicine ingredient together with western medicines.So people can use drugs reasonably and with safety.[Method]To analyze these common drugs with a table.[Result]Hospitals,community health centers,pharmacies and patients knew very little about ingredients of Chinese patent medicines.Chinese patent medicines containing western medicine ingredient were commonly used compatibly with western medicine.The reason was diverse.[Conclusion]Physicians,pharmacists,pharmacy assistants and patients must realize ingredients of Chinese patent medicines,and avoid them be duplicated with western medicine containing same ingredient which can cause adverse reactions.So people can use medicines more safely and effectively.
