炎性疼痛引起脊髓后角ERK的表达变化及其年龄差异

目的 探讨疼痛模型大鼠脊髓后角的细胞外调节因子(ERK)表达变化及其年龄差异.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测ERK在脊髓后角的定位表达,并用图像分析系统和免疫印迹法进行定量分析.结果 免疫组化显示正常对照组,不同年龄组大鼠脊髓后角ERK阳性反应无明显差异;福尔马林刺激后,中年组、青年组大鼠刺激侧脊髓后角ERK阳性反应均有明显增加,但老年组大鼠ERK阳性反应则无明显变化.结论 疼痛刺激可以上调脊髓后角ERK的表达,但这种上调因年龄不同而存在差异.

Distinct expression of ERK in spinal dorsal horn of rat of different age following injection of formalin into the hindpaw

Objective To investigate the changes of extracellular regulating kinase(ERK) expression and age-related change in spinal dorsal horn after injection of formalin into hindpaw of rats.Methods The expression of ERK in spinal dorsal horn was detected by immunohistochemical method and was quantitated by western-blot analyses.Results Without formalin-treatment,the expression of ERK was no significant difference in the spinal dorsal horn of different age of rat.After injection of formalin into the hindpaw,the expression of ERK was significantly increased in the spinal dorsal horn of formalin-treated young and middle age rats,but not in those of old age rats compared with control group rats.Conclusion The pain stimuli can upregulate the expression of ERK in the spinal dorsal horn of rat and this upregulation may vary with age.
