急性脑卒中病人独立步行能力预测及康复护理

目的 :预测急性脑卒中病人独立步行能力的恢复 ,为临床康复护理提供指导依据。方法 :采用以神经发育疗法和运动疗法为主的综合康复措施 ,配合传统的按摩疗法和功能性电刺激 ,通过躯干控制试验、站立平衡检测、功能独立性评定量表中的步行能力检测和巴氏指数评定病人护理干预前后的残疾程度。结果 :康复组的独立步行能力恢复率为72 .63 % ,与对照组 (14 .94% )相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。中度功能残疾和轻度残疾者中有 77.3 6%和82 .72 %恢复独立步行 ,优于重度功能残疾者 (2 8.5 7% )。结论 :对急性脑卒中病人早期进行躯干控制能力和站立平衡功能训练 ,可以促进独立步行能力的恢复。

Prediction of Independent Walking Ability in Patients With Acute Cerebral Apoplexy and Their Rehabilitation Care

Objective: to predict the recovery of independent walking ability of acute cerebral apoplexy patients, to provide guidance for clinical rehabilitation care of these patients. Methods: all patients were adopted comprehensive rehabilitation measures including mainly nerve-develop therapy and motortherapy combined with traditional massage and functional electric stimulation. Disablement intensity of patients before and after the nursing intervention was evaluated via trunk control test, standing balance test, walking ability test and Bart's indexes from functional independence assessment scale. Results: the recovery rate of independent walking ability in patients of test group accounted for 72.63%. Compared with that of 14.94% in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.001). Independent walking ability was recovered in 77.36% of patients with moderate disablement and 82.72% of mild disablement patients respectively. Which were higher than that 28.57% of patients with severe disablement. Conclusion: to carry out training on both trunk control ability and stand-up balance function for early stage acute cerebral apoplexy patients may accelerate the recovery of independent walking ability of them.
