摘    要:用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记与免疫细胞化学相结合的方法,在大鼠迷走神经结状神经节内,观察到HRP阳性与P物质(SP)阳性,或与生长抑素(SRIF)阳性,或与血管活性肠多肽(VIP)阳性双重标记的神经元。证实了迷走神经内的内脏感觉纤维部分来自结状神经节内的SP能神经元、SRIF能神经元和VIP能神经元。

Abstract:Using a combined HRP retrograde tracing and immunocytochemical method, double-labeled neurons by HRP and substance P, or somatostatin or vasoac-tive intestinal polypeptide immunoreaction were observed in vagal nodose ganglia of rats. The results proved that a. part of visceral sensory fibres of the vagus nerve originate from substance P-, somatostatin - and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide-containing neurons within vagal nodose ganglia.
