| 摘 要： | 通过调查,了解高龄老人的生存质量,提出了如何维护和提高高龄老人的生存质量。方法参照１９９３年ＷＨＯ对生存质量调查内容和１９９４年中华医学会老年医学流行病学组提出的”老年人生活质量调查内容及评价标准建议“拟定问卷对,对上海市我南西街道１０００名８０岁以上高龄老人的生存质量进行调查。结果生存质量为良者占１９．１％, 中者占５４．２％,差者占２６．７％,独立生添能力完全依赖别人的占８．７％,结论发展全科 |

| Abstract: | To understand the quality of life(QOL) of the old and how to maintain or improve QOL.Methods 1000 elderly aged over 80 years were investigated in an urban district(Jin An District) in Shanghai.WHOQOL Instrument(1993) and Suggestion on QOL Assessment issued in Chinese Journal of Geriatrics(1996) were refered by questionnaire.Results In general,Condition of QOL of the old in the community are accounted good for 19 1% medium 54 2% and poor 26 7%.Proportion of totally dependent in IADL is accounted for 8 7%. Conclusion To make further advance in family health care and to develop community health service are important and imperative for maintaining QOL of the old. |
