临床实习前后护理本科生评判性思维倾向的调查与分析

摘    要:目的调查临床实习前后我院护理本科生的评判性思维倾向,为护理教学改革提供资料。方法使用加利福尼亚评判性思维倾向测量表(中文版)对我院216名四年级和五年级护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果①本科生的评判性思维倾向总分(243.37±25.50)分,其中得分最高的为认知成熟度(39.58±6.98)分,评判性思维的自信心、求知欲和分析能力得分较低。②五年级学生评判性思维的自信心得分较四年级学生高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论护理本科生评判性思维倾向偏低,提示应合理配置护理专业课程,改进教学方法,加强师资力量,不断提高护理本科生的评判性思维能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the critical thinking disposition among baccalaureate nursing students before and after clinical practice ,and thereby to provide reference for teaching reform. Method Two hundred and sixteen undergraduate nursing students in grade four and five were recruited and investigated with the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory - Chinese Version ( CTDI - CV). Results The total score of CTDI - CV was ( 243.37 ± 25.50) points,which showed a relatively low level. The factor of cognitive maturity got the highest score,while the scores of self- confidence,inquisitiveness and analytieity were relatively lower. The score of self- confidence in critical thinking among the nursing students in grade five was higher than that of grade four(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The critical thinking disposition among undergraduate nursing students is relatively weak. It is suggested to design more rational curriculum, modify teaching methods and strengthen teachers training ,and thereby to improve nursing students' critical thinking continuously.
