摘    要:瘦素(leptin,LP)是一种主要由脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子,受肥胖基因调节,通过中枢和外周调节摄食和体质量的平衡.同时,LP参与免疫应答、抗炎和创伤修复等病理生理过程.新近发现LP可通过抑制中性粒细胞和单核细胞活化和坏死,对危重病患者脏器功能可能有保护作用.严重感染时,LP的改变对判断脓毒症及脓毒性休克预后有一定的参考价值.本文综述在严重感染及脓毒性休克时LP的表达及与主要细胞因子的关系.

Progress of leptin in severe sepsis and septic shock
Abstract:Leptin(LP) secreted mainly from adipocyte and regulated by the obese gene,regulates food intake and body weight balance through die central and peripheral nervous system. On the other hand, LP involves the patho-physiologic effect of immune response, anti-inflammatory process and tissue repairing in trauma. In newly findings,LP may inhibit the activation and necrosis of the neutrophil and monocyte.and LP may play an important role in protecting the organ function in severe cases. In severe infection, the change of LP level may be a clue in evaluating prognosis of sepsis and septic shock. This article reviews the expression of LP,and the relationship between the LP and major cytokines in severe sepsis and septic shock.
