| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑淋巴引流阻断大鼠大脑微血管的形态学变化。方法 阻断大鼠脑淋巴引流，从术后不同时间取脑标本，光镜及透射电镜下观察大脑血管的形态结构变化。结果 脑淋巴引流阻断后，随着时间的延长，脑水肿逐渐加重，脑内小血管壁外膜及Virchow-Robin间隙扩张，内部充满大量肿液，血管管腔受压变形。结论 脑淋巴引流阻断可致淋巴滞留性脑水肿，微血管的形态学改变是其主要病理变化之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the morphology change of the micrangium of the brain after the blockage of cerebral lymph in rats. Methods: After occluding the lymphatic drainage of the brain in rats, the micrangium of their brains were studied at the gross level, the light-microscopic level and electron-microscopic level at different times after the operation. Results: After the drainage of cerebral lymph was occluded, the brain swellen gradually as the time was going on. The adventitia of the brain arteries and the perivascular Virchow-Robin space dilated irregularly and contained a large amount of dropsical fluid, the blood vessel was distorted. Conclution: The blockage of the drainage of cerebral lymphatic can lead to lymphostatic cerebroedema. The morphology change of the micrangium is one of the main pathology feature. |
