氧化应激对视网膜神经纤维厚度的影响

摘    要:目的探讨高温、高强度和在阳光中紫外线辐射下视网膜神经纤维层厚度的变化。方法选择训练组和对照组士兵共60人,于训练结束后,抽取外周血。采用光学相干断层成像术fOCT)对受试者视乳头周围视网膜神经纤维平均厚度进行测量。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测对照组和训练组血清中活性氧(ROS)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的表达水平。结果对照组和训练组的视网膜神经纤维厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组和训练组血清中ROS、NO、SOD表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);对照组和训练组血清中MDA表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高温、高强度和阳光中紫外线辐射下训练,机体产生自由基增多,但视网膜神经纤维层厚度无明显变化。

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate the changes of thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) in intensive drill under high temperature with UV radiation of sunlight. Methods 60 soldiers were evenly divided into two groups- the drill group and the control group. Blood from peripheral vein was obtained and optical eoherenct tomograpby (OCT) was performed on the two groups after a drill. Reactive oxygen species (ROS), nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Results No statistical difference was found between the drill group and the control group on thickness of RNFL (P〉0.05). The serum levels of ROS, NO, SOD in the drill group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in MDA between two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Organism might be affected and produce more free radical in intensive drill under high temperature and UV radiation of sunlight with no significant change on thickness of RNFL of optic disc.
