| 摘 要： | 目的为了融洽医患关系,提高医疗市场竞争力,调查了我院部分科室的整体护理对病人满意度和满意率的影响.方法将我院骨科病人随机分为两组,一组做整体护理,为观察组,另一组为对照组,比较二者的满意度和满意率.结果整体护理组和对照组相比,满意度和满意率均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论整体护理提高了病人满意度和满意率,融洽了医患关系,为在医疗市场中提高竞争力提供了保障.

| Abstract: | Objectives:To improve the relationship between medical staff and patients and increase medical treatment market competition ability,observed satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients who were holistic nursed.Methods:The orthopedics patients in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly,one was holistic nursed,another was contrast group, to prepare their satisfaction rate. Results:satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients have a difference obviously (p<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing promoted satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree of the patients and improved the relationship between medical staffsand patients,and it is a guarantee to promote medical treatment market competition ability. |
