| 摘 要： | 目的：评价浅低温体外循环心不停跳行二尖置换术的效果。方法：６５例风心二狭和／或二漏的病人在浅低温体外循环的心不停跳下行二尖瓣置换术，除了不阻断主动脉和不灌注心停跳液外，其他手术操作与心停法相似。术中使心脏缓慢空跳，注意回心血的吸引及排气问题。结果：术后早期死亡３例，死亡率为４．６１％随访４８例，晚期死亡２例，死亡率为４．１７％，９０％的病人心功能Ｉ￣Ⅱ级。结论：浅低温不停跳下行ＭＶＲ方法简单，效果

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of
mitral valve replacement(MVR) in beating heartMethods:Sixtyfive mitral valves were replaced
during CPB in beating beartExcept the aorta was not crossclamped and the cold cardioplegic
solution was not perfused,the operative procedures were similar to the methods of
cardioplegiaThe technical points of operation were to keep the beart beating slowly in the empty
state,expose the operative field satisfactorily and deair the left heart completelyResults:The
hospital mortality was 461%(3 of 65 patients)With the followup period of 3 months to 45
years,the late mortality was 417%(2 of 48 patients)fortythree patients(90%)were in NYHA class
or Conclusion:MVR in beating beart is simple,effective and practical |
