A case of pulmonary aspergillosis complicated with perforated empyema--indication of thoracoplasty, cavernoplasty and extraperiosteal detachment

Abstract:We reported one case of pulmonary aspergillosis secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis, which perforated to the pleural space and was complicated with chronic empyema. We performed thoracoplasty, cavernoplasty and extraperiosteal detachment. The type and indications of cavernoplasty we use are also described.
