| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术(ECCE+IOL)的术后眼部并发症对视力的影响。方法:对21例24眼糖尿病患者白内障行ECCE+IOL术,手术前后对出血、感染预防用药。分析术后眼部并发症的处理及其与视功能预后的关系。结果:术后并发症主要是房水混浊、纤维性渗出等眼前节的炎性反应,经抗炎后治愈。1眼前房出血第4d完全吸收。3例术后视力低下是由于糖尿病性视网膜病变引起。结论:糖尿病患者ECCE+IOL,术前应用止血药和抗生素,术后及时抗炎治疗,可有效控制手术的眼部并发症。视力恢复的关键在于有无糖尿病性视网膜病变和黄斑部是否受累。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the complications of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (ECCE + IOL) ,and to evaluate their effects on the post-operative visual acuity in type Ⅱ diabetics. Methods: 24 eyes of 21 cases of type Ⅱ diabetics were undergone ECCE + IOL.The ocular complications were analyzed.Results:The main complications were aqueous opacity , fibrous exudates, and hyphema, which could be cured. The main reason of low visual acuity was retinopathy due to diabetes.
