| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性总结颅脑损伤后面瘫康复治疗的疗效。方法：早期以治疗颅脑损伤为主，过渡期、康复期在治疗颅脑损伤的同时给予针灸、按摩、理疗、功能锻炼等综合治疗措施。结果：27例治愈25例，治愈时间平均16．7d。结论：该治疗方法治愈率高，治愈时间短，可供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the efficacy of rehabilitation treatment on facial paralysis in cerebral injury retrospectively.Methods: Cerebral injury was mainly treated at the early period but treated by comprehensive therapeutic means such as acupuncture,massage,physical therapy and functional exercises at the transition period and the rehabilitation period.Results:All 25 cases were cured among 27 cases and the mean cure time was 16.7 days.Conclusion: The therapy is of high rate heal and the cure time is shorter.It can be referred to clinic. |
