上海市某区副溶血性弧菌的实验室预警分析

目的]对本市某区副溶血性弧菌菌株特征进行实验室预警分析。方法]收集该区一定时期内,不同监测哨点,不同腹泻事件的副溶血性弧菌的菌株,对所收集的6株菌株进行生化鉴定、血清学分型;对相同的血清型,进行rRNA分析和tdh基因检测。结果]来源不同的6株副溶血性弧菌,它们的血清型均为O3∶K6;rRNA分析结果显示5株同血清型的副溶血性弧菌具有高度的同源性;所检菌株都能检出tdh基因。结论]该地区存在副溶血性弧菌血清型O3∶K6的污染源,该血清型是该地区引起腹泻的主要菌型之一。建议对上述3起事件进行深入的流行病学调查,追踪可疑的污染源。

Laboratory alarming for Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from certain district in Shanghai

Objective] To analyze laboratory alarming for Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from certain district in Shanghai. Methods ] Strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were collected from different places and different sources in a certain period. The strains were identified through biochemical reaction and serum test. The strains of same serotype were analyzed by rRNA -analysing and tested by tdh -gone. Results ] Six strains from out -patients and food poisoning patients were all 03：K6 serotype. Five out of the six strains were highly homologous based on rRNA - analysis. They were aUpositive in tdh - gone tests. Condusion] There are common pollution souee of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in certain place. The serotype is 03： K6. This serotype is the main type of foodborn diarrhoea. More epidemiologieal survey should be done to trace the source of pollution.
