| Abstract: | An uncommon case of neurosarcoidosis of the conus medullaris and cauda equina is described in a 24-year-old man with a 4-year history of urological symptoms and rash. Chest X-ray and biopsy confirmed sarcoidosis and MRI diagnosed conus medullaris involvement. |
