| 摘 要： | 目的:评价急性跟腱撕裂的MRI诊断价值。方法:分析21例有急性踝关节损伤病史、经手术证实为跟腱完全撕裂或部分撕裂患者的MRI表现,并与手术结果对照。结果:21例MRI均有异常表现,诊断跟腱完全撕裂7例,部分撕裂14例。表现为跟腱增粗、腱内信号增高、腱束连续性完全中断或部分中断。手术结果完全撕裂9例,部分撕裂12例。结论:MRI能准确显示跟腱撕裂的部位和程度,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of achilles tendon rupture by MR images. Methods: MRI findings in 21 patients with operatively proved acute achilles tendon rupture were analyzed, and manifestations of MR and operation were compared. Results: The achilles tendon rupture was diagnosed on MRI in 21 cases. Achilles tendon complete rupture was showed in 7 cases, partial rupture in 14 cases. MRI appearance of achilles tendon rupture represented achilles tendon thickening, hyperintensity in tendon, completely or partially discontinuous fibrous bundle. Operation showed achilles tendon complete rupture in 9 cases, partially rupture in 12 cases. Conclusion: MRI can accurately show the degree and portion of acute achilles tendon rupture, which is very helpful for treatment. |
