635名护理人员针刺伤的防护意识调查分析

目的：了解医院护理人员针刺伤的防护意识，促进其树立职业防护观念，采取相应的职业防护措施保护健康。方法：采用问卷调查法调查某医院635名临床护理人员有关针刺伤的防护意识。结果：92．3％的护理人员有被针刺伤的经历；88．0％的护理人员做注射操作末戴手套；对做注射操作要戴手套吗等防护知识和发生针刺伤后应采取预防血源性感染疾病措施的认知情况令人担忧，不同科室的护理人员对针刺伤防护知识要戴手套吗、为什么要戴和不能回套针帽的认识均分存在高度显著性差异，P＜0．01。结论：护理人员应深刻认识针刺伤的危害性及树立职业防护观念，医院管理者应加大职业防护管理力度实现安全注射。

Investigation and Countermeasure on the Protective Status of Needle-stick Injuries of 635 Nursing Stuff

Objectives: to investigate the protective status of needle-stick injuries among nursing stuff of hospital, to give proofs about setting up protective ideas and taking corresponding actions of occupation protection betterly. Methods: 635 clinical nursing stuff in one hospital are questionnaired to investigate the protective status of needle-stick injuries. Results: 92.3% of nursing stuff have such experience; 88.0% of nursing stuff haven't woren gloves when giving injections; It is worried that the protective knowledge of wearing gloves when giving injections and taking actions after needle-stick injuries, The understanding of nursing stuff in different departments to wearing gloves and why wearing exists higher notable difference, P<0.01. Conclusion: nursing stuff should recognize the harms of needle-stick injuries deeply and improve the occupation protective status, hospital managers should enhance the occupation protection to realize safe injection.
