胸腺肽对反复呼吸道感染病儿红细胞C3b受体活性的影响

目的观察胸腺肽对反复呼吸道感染（ＲＲＴＩ）病儿红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响。②方法采用酵母菌花环法检测胸腺肽治疗前后ＲＲＴＩ病儿红细胞免疫Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ）和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（Ｅ－ＩＣＲ）的变化。③结果ＲＲＴＩ病儿感染急性期和间歇期Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ皆明显低于对照组（Ｆ＝１５．５４，ｑ＝７．８７，４．３７，Ｐ＜０．０１），而Ｅ－ＩＣＲ组间比较差异无显著性（Ｆ＝２．１１，Ｐ＞０．０５）。胸腺肽治疗后ＲＲＴＩ病儿Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ显著增高，与治疗前比较差异有极显著性（ｔ＝６．５８，Ｐ＜０．０５），而Ｅ－ＩＣＲ治疗前后差异无显著性。④结论ＲＲＴＩ病儿存在原发性红细胞免疫功能低下。胸腺肽对ＲＲＴＩ病儿红细胞免疫黏附功能有明显增强作用。

EFFECT OF THYMOSIN ON THE FUNCTION OF ERYTHROCYTE IMMUNE ADHESION IN CHILDREN WITH REPEATED RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION

Objective\ To observe the effects of thymosin on the function of erythrocyte immune adhesion in children with repeated respiratory tract infection (RRTI).\ Methods\ The changes of E C 3bRR and E ICR in RRTI children before and after the treatment with thymosin were studied with rossete method.\ Results\ E C 3bRR in RRTI children at acute and intermittent infection stages were significantly lower than that in the control group ( F=15.54,q=7.87,4.37,P <0.01), while E ICR showed no significant difference between the two groups ( F=2.11,P >0.05). E C 3bRR in RRTI children after treatment with thymosin was obviously higher than that before treatment ( t=6.58,P <0.01), and E ICR showed no marked difference both before and after treatment.\ Conclusion\ Children with RRTI have primary RBC hypoimmunity. Thymosin can markedly enhance the function of RBC immune adhesion in children with RRTI.
