摘    要:目的:了解高压氧对免疫功能的影响。方法:高压氧作用后,摘眼球取血,对正常和荷瘤Balb/C小鼠的RBC-C3b受体花环率,RBC免疫复合物花环率及肿瘤细胞。淋巴细胞花环率进行了观察。结果:(1)高压氧处理组的RBC-C3b受体花环率明显高于对照组(P=0.007);(2)肿瘤高压氧处理组的RBC-C36受体花环率明显高于单纯肿瘤接种组(P=0.021)。(3)肿瘤高压氧处理组的肿瘤细胞-淋巴细胞花环率明显高于对照组(P=0.005);(4)肿瘤高压氧处理组的肿瘤细胞:淋巴细胞花环率明显高于单纯高压氧处理组(P=0.036)。(5)各组的RBC-IC花环率无明显变化。结论:(1)压力为0.2MPa(2ATA),氧浓度为87%的高压氧不仅可以提高正常小鼠的免疫功能,而且可以提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能;(2)该条件的高压氧可使移植瘤引起的免疫功能低下程度得到减轻。

Abstract:Aim:To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)on blood cell immune function. Methods:Twenty male balb/Cmice were randomly divided into 4(A,B,C,D)groups with each group five mice. Group A was the normal contrast. Group B was exposed to HBO. Group C was transplanted with S-180 cells,Group D was both exposed to HBO and transplanted with S-180 cells. The HBO(87%O2,0.2 MPa)treatment was once a day for twenty days. The blood samples were got by enucle- ating eyes of the mice. The RBC-C3b recel,tor,RBC-IC and tumour cell-lymphocyte rosette rates of all the mice were observed.Result:The RBC-C3b receptor rosette rates in group B were higher than in group A(p =0.007)and that of group D were higher than in group C(P=0.021)respectively. The tu- mour cell-lymphocyte rosette rate in group D was higher than in group A(p=0.005)and group B(P= 0.036).The RBC-IC rosette rates in various groups were not chngted significantly(P>0.05).Conclu- sion:HBO treatments in this experiment could increase the immune function not only in the normal mice but also in the tumor-bearing mice;besides the immune deficiency caused by transplant tumour in the mice could be lessened.
