| 摘 要： | 目的：考察牛黄清心丸中各单味葯对朱砂中汞的溶解性的影响。方法：用阳极溶出伏安法测定可溶性汞的含量。结果：牛黄清心丸中的大多数单味药对朱砂中汞的溶出有抑制作用，但茯苓对朱砂中汞的溶出有显著的促进作用。结论：牛黄清心丸中可溶性汞的浓度比其总汞含量低，汞的不同形态有不同的毒性。因此，仅依据总汞含量来考察汞的毒性是片面的。研究牛黄清心丸中各单味药对朱砂中可溶性汞的影响对了解牛黄清心丸中汞的毒性具有重 要意义.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:ToobservetheefectsofsinglecompositionofNiuhuangQingxinPilsonsolubilitymercuryofcinnabar.METHOD:Solubilitymercurywasmeasuredbyanodicstrippingvoltammetric(ASV)method.RESULTS:MostofsinglecompositioninNiuhuangQingxinpilscouldinhibitthedissolvingofcinnabar-mercury,butdissolvingofcinnabar-mercurycanbeprominentypromotedbyPoriacocos.CONCLUSION:InNiuhuangQingxinpils,theconcentrationofsolubilitymercuryislowerthanthatoftotalmercury.Thedifrentspeciesofmercuryhasdiferenttoxicity.Therefore,itisimprotanttoobservethetoxicityofmercurydependingononlytheconcentrationoftotalmercury.TheefectsofseveralsinglecompositionsofNiuhuangQingxinpilonthesolubilitymercuryofcinnabararesignificantisunderstandingthemercurytoxicity. |
